Associate Data Analyst
This position performs routine tasks associated with E9-1-1 database maintenance, and is responsible for customer satisfaction and account maintenance. Responsibilities include: Acting as a focal point for customers reporting 9-1-1 troubles and issues, answers telephone calls daily from customers and responds to all voicemail messages in a timely manner.
