Help Desk Specialist (09-077)
Responsible for performing a variety of functions to troubleshoot issues that may arise for current and new employees; create tickets for help desk requests via phone, email, or in person, troubleshooting questions within scope of the position when possible; conduct Microsoft audits, ensuring the company is up-to-date with licenses; coordinate new set-ups and moving of computer and telephone equipment; monitor the status of help desk tickets ensuring completion in a timely manner.

Database Administrator (09-076)
Responsible for providing a quality, high performance database processing environment by defining assigned database tables and coordinating physical changes to computer databases in a timely manner while adhering to established departmental standards and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education
Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, computer engineer or a related field is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, computer engineer or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience
Minimum one-year experience in computer science or MIS required, preferably to include database administration experience.
Technical Knowledge

Senior Technical Product Support Specialist job_09_053 (Montreal)

Associate Data Analyst
This position performs routine tasks associated with E9-1-1 database maintenance, and is responsible for customer satisfaction and account maintenance. Responsibilities include: Acting as a focal point for customers reporting 9-1-1 troubles and issues, answers telephone calls daily from customers and responds to all voicemail messages in a timely manner. Researches and resolves all types of errors resulting from SOI processing, researches and resolves No Record Found incidents, updates TN records per manual updates received, updates MSAG records per MSAG Ledgers received, researches and resolves inquiries submitted by customers, refers 9-1-1 problems when appropriate and follows up on referrals according to established guidelines, documents resolutions to all 9-1-1 situations on original paperwork or in appropriate databases to meet legal requirements, uses all products and tools required for account maintenance, and files paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum qualifications include: High School diploma and 1 year experience with data collection and data entry; or equivalent combination of education and experience, customer service experience in a 9-1-1 or Telecom environment preferred, a working comprehension of standard business software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) plus MS Access and MS Project, must possess data analysis skills, must meet data entry test minimum score requirement, must demonstrate a working knowledge of standard business software (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel), and excellent customer service skills.
