Intrado Communications TSP Services
The Intrado Communications TSP Services pages are designed to support Telecommunications Services Providers (TSPs) that need to connect to the Intrado® Intelligent Emergency Network® for delivery of their end-customers’ 9-1-1 calls and location information to public safety answering points (PSAPs) that have designated Intrado as their 9-1-1 service provider. After migration from the current 9-1-1 service provider, Intrado’s network serves as the only means for 9-1-1 calls placed within these jurisdictions to reach their designated PSAPs.
After executing an interconnection agreement with Intrado, there are two types of Intrado Communications TSP services required for delivery of 9-1-1 traffic to these PSAPs.
1. Interconnection to the Intrado Routing Service
Intrado A9-1-1 Routing is Intrado’s selective router (SR) replacement service. Interconnection entails ordering DS1 and DS0 trunk termination services from Intrado Communications via this web site and arranging for trunks from the TSP’s preferred supplier to terminate 9-1-1 traffic at Intrado’s point of interconnection (POI). Information and access to Intrado’s TSP Interconnection Services may be found on the Interconnection to Intrado Routing Service page.
2. Automatic Location Information (ALI) Management
ALI Management entails the provisioning and maintenance of TSPs’ end-customer location information for delivery with 9-1-1 calls. ALI Management guides for wireless, wireless, and VoIP service providers may be found on the ALI Management page.
