Interconnection to the Intrado Selective Routing Service

Intrado provides an A9-1-1 selective routing service that integrates voice and data, enabling public safety entities to more efficiently implement new technologies, while providing more control over 9-1-1 call routing throughout the Public Safety jurisdiction.

In order for a TSP to deliver its customers’ 9-1-1 calls directly to the Intrado selective router, it is necessary for the TSP to interconnect with Intrado Communications. Interconnection to the Intrado network is subject to the terms and conditions specified in an interconnection agreement, or where applicable, a tariff or price list.

To request the Interconnection Agreement, please contact Intrado Communications or call 800.269.6109.

Upon request, Intrado Communications will provide the TSP with a User ID and Password to access the Intrado Secure site. The Secure site is where the Intrado Communications Access Service Request (ASR) form and a list of jurisdictions served by Intrado A9-1-1 are located.

Before accessing the ASR form in the Intrado Secure site, please click on the Intrado Point of Interconnection Site link below for a list of Intrado Point of Interconnection (POI) sites. Please review this list and choose the POI sites to which you wish to connect before accessing the Intrado Secure site.
