Intrado Communications Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intrado Inc., is a certificated carrier providing telecommunications services to Intrado in support of the Intrado® Intelligent Emergency Network®.

Interconnection Initiation

Telecommunications service providers must enter into an agreement for interconnection with Intrado Communications Inc. to ensure their end users dialing 9-1-1 reach the PSAPs served by the Intrado Intelligent Emergency Network.

To request the Interconnection Agreement please contact Intrado Communications.

Upon execution of the Interconnection Agreement, Intrado Communications Inc. will provide a user ID and password that will enable access to the IEN Interconnection Provisioning web page.

Contact Intrado Communications when you have obtained your user ID and password, for additional circuit ordering and connectivity instructions.
