AppOrchard 2021 looks to be a strong return to in-person events this Fall. For Epic users and partners, developers, innovation teams, and vendor business leaders, the conference offers more than 200 sessions. Attendees will have three days to learn, collaborate and share best practices, development and deployment strategies, and insights into market trends.

Intrado at AppOrchard 2021

Our own Chinmay Singh will be co-hosting a session at the AppOrchard conference with our healthcare partner, Nathanael Kempff, from Confluence Health. In From Campaigns to Cadence: How SMS and APIs Integrate with Self-Scheduling, session participants will learn how Intrado’s HouseCall Pro helped Confluence leveraged SMS to extend outreach for COVID-19 vaccine scheduling. The workflow is a timely addition to the patient engagement toolkit as COVID-19 vaccine and booster shot scheduling poses significant challenges for health systems struggling to provide strategic deployment of vaccine doses to stratified patient populations. In addition, participants will discover the technology advancements that made the self-scheduling model possible can be replicated for additional healthcare outreach.

If you attending the 2021 AppOrchard event, add session A0234 to your conference schedule. If you won’t be at the AppOrchard conference and are interested in learning more about SMS for self-scheduling, contact us today.
