In part four of our Understanding Enterprise E911 series, learn what's at stake when E911 regulatory requirements aren't met.

What's at risk if organizations don't comply with Kari's Law and RAY BAUM'S Act?

Non-compliance with state and federal E911 regulations (including Kari's Law and RAY BAUM'S Act) can subject organizations to liability issues and financial impacts, as well as posing a risk to employee safety and reputational damage.

FCC mandates can carry financial penalties associated with non-compliance. Businesses may be subject to lump sum fines, with additional penalties possible for each day the entity is found to be not in compliance with existing regulations.

Significant and sustained reputational damage can result from non-compliance with E911 regulations. But most importantly, lack of compliance can compromise the safety of employees, students, visitors or patients.
