Jeff Robertson
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Robertson, Chief Executive Officer of Intrado, has been in the public safety technology business for over twenty years. Formerly, Jeff was the SVP and General Manager of Public Safety at RapidSOS, leading public safety strategies. Prior to joining RapidSOS, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Airbus DS Communications, a leading provider of command center software for emergency call-handling. He has also held leadership roles for 9-1-1 solutions and software consulting firms and was the founder of the 9-1-1 Industry Alliance. Jeff’s passion for enhancing 9-1-1 services stems from earlier in his career when he served the community as a first responder as a Constable in Toronto, Canada and a sheriff in Jackson County, Alabama. Jeff’s passion is helping merge technology and public safety innovation to improve our ability to serve the public in their emergency time of need.
Todd Stockard
Chief Financial Officer
Todd Stockard, Chief Financial Officer of Intrado, brings extensive finance experience in high experience in high growth technology businesses, including public and private companies ranging in size from early-stage to Fortune 500. His background spans the full range of CFO functions, with particular depth in FP&A, corporate finance, Treasury, capital raising, and strategy. He has executed numerous transactions in the public and private capital markets totaling over $10B, including senior debt, bonds, swaps, private equity, IPO, and M&A transactions. Todd’s functional responsibilities have also included Legal, HR, procurement, and risk management.
Most recently, Todd was CFO of TeamSnap, a leading SaaS platform for sports league and team management that he and the team successfully sold to Waud Capital in early 2021. Prior to TeamSnap, Todd had a long tenure at Maxar (formerly DigitalGlobe) as Treasurer and VP FP&A, where he helped scale the business from $60M in revenue to nearly $900M stand-alone and over $2B after the sale to Maxar. Before DigitalGlobe, Todd was Assistant Treasurer at Level 3 Communications. He began his career working in Bank of America’s Mid-Cap Technology group. Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Nate Brogan
Chief Operating Officer
Nate Brogan, Chief Operating Officer of Intrado, leads all business and commercial functions including sales, marketing, operations, and delivery. He is in awe of his team of professionals who work tirelessly every day to deliver on behalf of public safety. Prior to joining Intrado, Nate lead various businesses focused on critical communications including SchoolMessenger, Televox, and Salelytics. He brings more than two decades of experience growing and leading successful organizations and a passion for problem-solving and doing work that matters.
Adan Pope, BSEET, MSCS, MBA
Chief Technology Officer
Adan K. Pope, Chief Technology Officer of Intrado Life & Safety, is responsible for "all things technology." Adan is a leading authority on digital transformation, strategic technology leadership, and technology disruption with over thirty years of career experience. Adan has served as a senior executive for many enterprises executing a digital or portfolio transformation that led to their strategic renaissance, growth, and at times acquisition. He has held almost every role in software technology innovation and development from software developer to chief technology and innovation officer for some of the communications industry's most innovative technology companies. Adan has also held executive leadership roles in companies serving the retail analytics/IoT, gaming, and most recently outsourced marketing services industries, and has also held the chief officer title for innovation, industry architecture, and strategy. Adan just published his first book, "Respect the Weeds: Digital Transformation Rooted in Principled Leadership, Vision, and Innovation.".
Debi Chernak
Chief Human Resources Officer
Debi Chernak, Chief Human Resources Officer of Intrado, joined Intrado Life & Safety in November 2022 to drive change and transformation as Intrado evolves and grows to become an agile market leader in the public safety and emergency 911 space. Her passion and expertise are to build and transform cultures to become strategically aligned, high performing, engaged, and driven to succeed through values-driven culture, organizational design, change management, talent acquisition & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HRIS & business systems, compliance, M&A due diligence and integration, and DEI.
Prior to joining Intrado, Debi's career as an executive, founder, consultant, and entrepreneur includes CEO of Denver Executive Consultants and HR Cert Prep Pros; VP Human Resources with IntelePeer Cloud Communications; Director of HR & Employee Engagement with Unisyn Medical Technologies; Director of HR with Aztek Networks; and Co-Founder and VP—HR & Administration with Live Wire Networks.
Debi has served as Adjunct Faculty for the University of Denver’s Strategic Human Resources Master’s Degree program, currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boulder Area HR Association (BAHRA), and is the editor of Can I Bring My Pet Monkey to Work? Answers to 45 of the Wildest Workplace Law Questions by Charles Passaglia, JD. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Marketing & Organizational Behavior from Loyola University in Maryland and a Master of Education in Organizational Performance & Change from Colorado State University. Debi holds aPHR, PHR, SPHR, SPHRi, GPHR, and PHRca certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute and SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Brian Davenport
SVP Corporate Development
Brian Davenport, SVP of Corporate Development at Intrado, has been with Intrado for 23 years. He has leads Strategy, M&A, and Government Affairs. Brian’s depth of experience during his tenure has spanned a majority of the company’s functions and he led numerous M&A transactions for Intrado including the acquisitions of Lucent Public Safety, Positron Public Safety Systems, ECaTS, 911 ETC, and 911 Enable. Prior to joining the company, Brian spent more than 10 years in the wireless industry working for several large wireless carriers, including CommNet Wireless, Airtouch, and Version Wireless where he was responsible for strategy, M&A, and 911 Regulatory. Brian is passionate about Intrado’s mission, to save lives by improving public safety outcomes, and to establish Intrado as the preeminent leader in Public Safety services.
Michael Matheson
Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary
Michael Matheson, Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary of Intrado, has been counsel to Intrado for over 15 years and oversees all the company’s legal functions. Formerly, Mike worked in the legal department at Lumen Technologies supporting marketing and procurement divisions, and prior to that was counsel for an early cloud service provider in a joint venture between Lumen Technologies and KPMG. He began his career as an associate specializing in corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financing, as well as technology and real estate transactions. Mike serves as President of Intrado’s 501(c)(3) charitable organization which supports the emergency needs of employees and the extended community. Mike is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School and Middlebury College.
Betsy Jennings
Chief of Staff
Betsy Jennings, Chief of Staff at Intrado, where she has been a driving force behind the company's growth and success since joining in 2012. Her strategic insights and operational expertise have made her an invaluable asset to the Senior Leadership Team. Betsy's diverse experience includes roles such as Senior Program Manager and Director of Strategy & Special Programs, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of Intrado's inner workings.
In her current capacity, Betsy is responsible for organizing and developing content for internal communications, overseeing critical communication initiatives, and managing executive initiatives. Her duties encompass managing Town Hall events and facilitating engaging Leadership sessions. Betsy also collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align the organization and maintain focus on strategic objectives.
Betsy's unwavering dedication and leadership have made her an integral part of Intrado Life & Safety's ongoing growth and success. Her attention to detail and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration make Betsy a truly valuable member of the team.
