John M. Trani
Chairman of the Board of Directors
John brings decades of experience as a CEO for major companies. He served as chairman and CEO of Stanley Works from 1997 until his retirement in 2003 and president and CEO of General Electric Medical Systems Group from 1986 to 1996.
Bob Schassler
Director
Bob brings 30 years of technology business leadership experience primarily serving the Public Safety and Defense markets. Bob had a successful 25-year career at Motorola, where he led its Government and Public Safety Business (now called Motorola Solutions). Bob was the primary architect of Motorola Solutions’ current business strategy in the Public Safety command and control space. While at Motorola, Bob also had responsibility for all Department of Defense & Federal Government business as well as Global DoD customers, which included all secret security classified programs. In addition to running all product, R&D, and operational aspects of the business, Bob was the Chairman for Motorola Ventures, which was the venture capital investment arm within Motorola, making strategic investments and acquisitions on behalf of the firm.
Jesse Fan
Managing Director
Managing Director at Stonepeak, where he focuses on investing in high quality businesses in both industry and technology. Jesse is responsible for the investments of two critical essential businesses at Stonepeak: Intrado (leading emergency response solutions) and Logistec Corporation (critical marine terminals in the United States and Canada, and a trenchless drinking water pipe repair business). Before joining Stonepeak, Jesse was a Senior Analyst/Vice President at Standard Investments (formerly 40 North Management), where he focused on take-privates and minority investments in public and private companies. Prior to Standard Investments, Jess worked at Apax Partners in the Technology Private Equity Group; and at Blackstone in the Restructuring & Reorganization Group.
James Wyper
Senior Managing Director and Head of Transportation & Logistics
James is currently the Senior Managing Director and Head of Transportation & Logistics at Stonepeak, where he has served in various roles since 2013. Mr. Wyper also serves on the board of directors of several other companies such as Textainer Holdings since March 2024; Logistec Corporation since January 2024; TRAC Intermodal since March 2020; Seapeak since January 2022; Akumin, Inc. since November 2021; Emergent Cold LatAm since August 2021; Venture Global Calcasieu Pass since August 2019; Lineage Holdings since May 2018; Tidewater Holdings since 2015; and several other previously owned Stonepeak investments. He also serves on the board of directors of Streetsquash. James holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
Matt Carter
Board Director and Intrado CEO
Matt has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the enterprise networking, cloud, and digital technology industries, most recently serving as CEO of Aryaka Networks, a Silicon Valley Venture backed SaaS network and security platform company focused on serving global enterprises seeking to accelerate their digital transformation to the cloud.
Jessica Rosenworcel
Jessica joins Intrado's Board of Directors after serving as Chairwoman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), bringing with her over 20 years of experience at the forefront of major communications policy implementation.
Alex Dahan
Associate Director
Alex is a Senior Associate at Stonepeak focused on investments in Transport & logistics. At Stonepeak, Alex is also responsible for the firm’s investment in Intrado. Before joining Stonepeak, Alex was a Senior Analyst at Evercore where he focused on advising large-cap telecommunication companies on mergers & acquisitions.
