After rigorous lab testing, Intrado’s VIPER 7 On-Prem advanced features have met the Cal OES certification requirements — not only for core call handling functionality but also for advanced features designed to enhance PSAP operations. 

Key Features That Set VIPER Apart

Our newly certified features are not limited to 9-1-1 calls. These are fully functional on administrative lines as well:

• Real-Time Text Translation
  Helps PSAPs provide emergency services to the multicultural communities they serve. Real time translation in 54 languages ensures language barriers no longer delay critical response times.

These features are available TODAY on VIPER 7 (On-Prem). There is no need for a cloud-based call handling solution to enable these features.
