Intrado offers two core solutions for Enterprise E911: Emergency Routing Service and Emergency Gateway. Depending on your organization's unique needs and environment, these may be used separately or together. 

Emergency Routing Service

Emergency Routing Service is a hosted E911 solution that delivers calls to the jurisdictionally appropriate PSAP with detailed caller location information automatically sent to the 911 call taker's screen.

Emergency Gateway

Emergency Gateway is an on-premises management appliance that simplifies E911 in complex, multi-vendor UC deployments.

Intrado  E911 solutions work with a variety of UC and UCaaS platforms, including Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Microsoft Teams and Mitel.
