Intrado’s E911 solution for the Webex App is fully compliant with all federal and state legislation, including Kari’s Law and RAY BAUM’s Act.
Using manual 911 service, workers must remember to change information as they move from one location to another and toggle between applications/screens to make updates. With Intrado’s E911 integration, workers are automatically prompted and can update their location data from within the Webex App when they change locations. Accurate location information is essential for emergency services to reach 911 callers as quickly as possible, wherever workers may be. Intrado’s Webex integration ensures that employees are covered as they move about their day, from home to the office, a favorite coffee shop or elsewhere – on or off the company network.
