Selective Router Bridge/Transfer

Definition:

A scenario where IEN Voice has delivered a call to a PSAP supported by IEN Voice. That PSAP chooses to bridge on a
PSAP that is not connected directly to IEN Voice but is connected to a foreign selective router IEN Voice does interface.
IEN Voice sets up a bridge to the foreign selective router and specifies the foreign PSAP.
