We’re counting down the days to NENA 2025, and if you’re heading to Long Beach, we hope to see you there! This year’s show is shaping up to be one of the most exciting yet, and the Intrado team has a lot planned for the conference. From product demos and live sessions to exclusive events and unveiling our landmark industry report, we’re bringing our latest innovations and great energy to the show floor.
Here’s a closer look at what we’ll be doing, where you can find us, and what you don't want to miss:
Get Hands-On with VIPER NextGen
We’ll be showcasing VIPER NextGen, Intrado’s cloud-native call handling solution with live demos throughout the conference. If you haven’t seen the latest updates to VIPER, now is the time. It’s built to support the future of emergency communications NG911-ready, geo-redundant with active-active failover. It’s easy to learn, easy to deploy and easy to maintain. VIPER NextGen brings advanced AI capabilities - including AI-powered transcription and translation.
We’ll show conference attendees how it works and give a look under the hood at some of the new features that set it apart.
AACN: Turning Raw Telematics Data into Real-Time Response
As more vehicles come equipped with advanced automatic crash notification (AACN) systems, it’s critical that PSAPs are equipped to handle that data in real time. We’ll be demonstrating how Intrado’s solutions incorporate AACN directly into the emergency response workflow so call telecommunicators get a more complete picture to facilitate rapid response to traffic collisions and potentially saving lives.
If your center is preparing to incorporate AACN or just wants to better understand how it fits into the NG911 ecosystem, come talk to our team. We’ll also be highlighting collaborative efforts from leaders in the space, including Toyota’s innovations in automotive telemetry and AT&T’s work advancing ESInet infrastructure to support connected vehicle data flow into 911.
To provide a tangible example of these advancements, a Toyota vehicle equipped with advanced AACN technology will be on display at our booth. This will offer attendees a firsthand look at how vehicle telemetry data is integrated into emergency response workflows, showcasing the practical applications of our collaborations.
State of the Industry Report: Get It First at NENA
One of the things we’re most excited to share at NENA this year is the release of our 2025 State of the 9-1-1 Industry Report. We are truly in a 9-1-1 renaissance and this landmark report takes a hard look at where the 911 industry stands today and where we see it heading in the future. Some topics we cover include NG 9-1-1, satellite, cybersecurity, AI and more!
We’ll have printed copies available at the show, and our team will be ready to answer questions and talk through what the findings mean for the future of public safety communications.
Share. Solve. Evolve. – Live with Jeremy DeMar
If you’ve followed our Share. Solve. Evolve. webinar series, you won’t want to miss this: D. Jeremy DeMar will be doing live sessions right from the conference floor. Jeremy brings a unique perspective as both a former public safety professional and a passionate advocate for 911 innovation.
