CELL_ESRD

Definition:

A 10‐digit number used to support routing of wireless 9‐1‐1 calls through the 9‐1‐1 network. The CELL_ESRD is utilized at
the PSAP for static ALI record retrieval for CAS or Hybrid‐CAS solutions. An ESRD is an identification of call origination.
