Definition:

In the context of location information to support IP based emergency services, a PIDF‐LO containing the location of an IP
end‐point that can be attributed to a specific point in time.

Location by-reference

An identifier that when referenced in the correct manner by an authenticated and authorized entity, will yield the location of an IP end‐point.
