Intrado Spatial Insight provides that greater detail to telecommunicators in the PSAP, so they can pass it along to responders in the field.

With smartphones, information including blood type, medications, allergies/reactions, medical notes and emergency contacts may be available. We also deliver extended data from vehicle telematics, including make, model, color, airbag status and fuel type of the vehicle. In some cases, even greater detail is available. For example, one well known telematics provider supplies Injury Severity Prediction – a value reflecting the likelihood of severe injury based on factors including seat belt use, force and direction of impact. We also supply subscriber billing address, building layouts and z-axis information.
