PSAP, Secondary

Definition:

The Secondary PSAP receives emergency calls from the 9‐1‐1 network only as a result of a transfer. The Secondary PSAP
never receives first routed calls.

Fixed Transfer

A feature which enables a PSAP attendant to transfer incoming 9‐1‐1 calls to secondary PSAPs by activating a single button.
