Chief Executive Officer & President
John Shlonsky is Chief Executive Officer and President of Intrado. He joined Intrado in November 2017. John's career spans more than 25 years in the payments, technology and financial services industries. Most recently, he was senior executive vice president of TSYS and president of TSYS' Merchant Services segment. John joined TSYS in 2016 as a result of the company's acquisition of TransFirst, where he was chief executive officer and president from 2006 to 2015. Prior to joining TransFirst, he spent 11 years at First Data Corporation in various senior management positions including president of Merchant Services and has also served in financial management roles within Smith Barney, Chadbourne & Parke and Grumman Data Systems.
Executive Vice President & Treasurer
Chris Wikoff is Executive Vice President & Treasurer of Intrado Corporation. Chris joined the Company as its Treasurer in January 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Chris served in various corporate finance leadership roles with responsibility for treasury, tax, accounting, and finance, inclusive of his position as Vice President & Treasurer for CommScope, a network infrastructure provider, from 2004 through December 2015.
Executive Vice President of Finance
John Russo is Executive Vice President of Finance of Intrado Corporation. John joined the Company in December 2019. Prior to joining the Company, John served as Vice President, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence for DataStax, a data management company, from November 2018 to December 2019. From February 2008 through November 2018, John served in various finance positions, including Vice President, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, for CA Technologies, a business-to-business software provider.
Nimesh Davé is President of the Notified segment at Intrado. He joined Intrado in July 2022 after a successful history of leading technology and cloud-based businesses. Prior to joining Notified, Nimesh was President of Global Cloud, a multi-billion dollar worldwide, virtual business division within Ingram Micro Corporation, a global leader in technology and supply chain services. Before Ingram Micro, he spent two decades as a leader within Tech Data Corporation, working in Europe, Brazil, Canada, and the United States. During this time, he drove improved operations, established a new line of business, led major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives, and redesigned numerous European functions while effectively integrating 25 acquisitions into the business.
President, Life & Safety
Jeff Robertson is President of the Life & Safety segment at Intrado. Prior to joining Intrado, Jeff was the SVP and General Manager of Public Safety at RapidSOS, responsible for leading public safety strategies. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Airbus DS Communications, a leading provider of command center software for emergency call-handling. Mr. Robertson has held leadership roles for 9-1-1 solutions and software consulting firms and was the founder of the 9-1-1 Industry Alliance. Earlier in his career, Jeff served in leadership roles for Tel Control, CML Emergency Services, Comcast Cable, and Cogeco Cable.
Senior Vice President & General Manager, Mosaicx
Rebecca Jones is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mosaicx from Intrado. She joined Intrado in January 2021 from Appriss, a SaaS data, analytics, and technology company, where she served as vice president of operations, responsible for driving operational strategy and margin expansion while managing global teams across data management, professional services, technical support, and customer contact centers. In her 25+ year career, she has held a broad range of executive operations roles focused on growing businesses, people, and profit margins. Rebecca also serves as a member of the board and technology chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Louis Brucculeri is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Intrado. He joined Intrado in November 2017, bringing over 25 years of legal experience and 30 years of experience in computing, communications and software technologies. During his legal career, Lou was honored to be appointed in advisor roles to several federal courts in many different cases. He has worked with technology innovators such as Intel, Apple, ServiceNow, Polycom, McAfee and ZTE. Earlier in his career, Lou also served in senior in-house roles with Compaq and seminal internet innovators Alta Vista and Zip2. He has been honored by multiple national publications for his exceptional legal work, especially in the area of intellectual property law.
Chief Operating Officer
Steve Cadden is Chief Operating Officer of Intrado. He joined Intrado in August 2018. Steve's career has encompassed working for both public and private companies in the financial services and technology industries. Prior to Intrado, Steve was executive vice president and chief operating officer of TSYS' Merchant Services segment. Before TSYS, he held senior leadership positions with TransFirst and First Data Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience in leading large complex organizations through business transformation creating significant organizational efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Chief Information Officer
Anup Nair is Chief Information Officer of Intrado. He joined Intrado in March 2018. Prior to Intrado, Anup was chief information officer and chief technology officer of Vantiv, now Worldpay. Anup has also served as chief information officer for several businesses at Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Citibank. He has over 22 years of experience in leading large global organizations through significant transformation and growth.
