John Shlonsky is Chief Executive Officer and President of Intrado. He joined Intrado in November 2017. John's career spans more than 25 years in the payments, technology and financial services industries. Most recently, he was senior executive vice president of TSYS and president of TSYS' Merchant Services segment. John joined TSYS in 2016 as a result of the company's acquisition of TransFirst, where he was chief executive officer and president from 2006 to 2015. Prior to joining TransFirst, he spent 11 years at First Data Corporation in various senior management positions including president of Merchant Services and has also served in financial management roles within Smith Barney, Chadbourne & Parke and Grumman Data Systems.

Nancy Disman is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Intrado. Nancy joined Intrado in November 2017. Prior to joining Intrado, Nancy served as chief administrative officer and chief financial officer of TSYS' Merchant Services Segment (previously TransFirst). Prior to TransFirst, Nancy served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Cynergy Data Corporation and spent 11 years at First Data Corporation in various finance and operations leadership positions, including chief operations officer and chief financial officer of the Merchant Services Segment. Nancy began her professional career with Ernst and Young LLP's audit and assurance practice in the technology, communication and entertainment group with a focus on SEC companies.

Ben Chodor is President of the Digital Media segment at Intrado. He rejoined Intrado in April 2018. Over the past 25 years, Ben has established himself as a global leader in the world of digital media and enterprise communications. He was co-founder and chief executive officer of Happtique and founder and chief executive officer of Stream57, and led both companies through successful acquisitions. Following Intrado’s InterCall business acquiring Stream57 in 2010, Ben served as global head of streaming and virtual events at InterCall, where he was a tireless driving force behind the company's innovative solutions.
Jeff Robertson

President, Life & Safety
Jeff Robertson is President of the Life & Safety segment at Intrado. Prior to joining Intrado, Jeff was the SVP and General Manager of Public Safety at RapidSOS, responsible for leading public safety strategies. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Airbus DS Communications, a leading provider of command center software for emergency call-handling. Mr. Robertson has held leadership roles for 9-1-1 solutions and software consulting firms and was the founder of the 9-1-1 Industry Alliance. Earlier in his career, Jeff served in leadership roles for Tel Control, CML Emergency Services, Comcast Cable, and Cogeco Cable.

Patty Watson is President of Cloud Collaboration. She joined Intrado in January, 2020 from TSYS, a global payments company, where she served as Chief Information Officer, responsible for establishing the business and technology agenda to enable and deliver future company growth. In her 30+ year career, she has held a broad range of executive leadership positions in technology-based businesses, including the Brink’s Company and the Treasury Division at Bank of America. Her expertise is in utilizing technology to drive innovation, transformation and growth.
Lou Brucculeri

Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Louis Brucculeri is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Intrado. He joined Intrado in November 2017, bringing over 25 years of legal experience and 30 years of experience in computing, communications and software technologies. During his legal career, Lou was honored to be appointed in advisor roles to several federal courts in many different cases. He has worked with technology innovators such as Intel, Apple, ServiceNow, Polycom, McAfee and ZTE. Earlier in his career, Lou also served in senior in-house roles with Compaq and seminal internet innovators Alta Vista and Zip2. He has been honored by multiple national publications for his exceptional legal work, especially in the area of intellectual property law.

Steve Cadden is Chief Operating Officer & President, Enterprise Communications of Intrado. He joined Intrado in August 2018. Steve's career has encompassed working for both public and private companies in the financial services and technology industries. Prior to Intrado, Steve was executive vice president and chief operating officer of TSYS' Merchant Services segment. Before TSYS, he held senior leadership positions with TransFirst and First Data Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience in leading large complex organizations through business transformation creating significant organizational efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Chief Information Officer
Anup Nair is Chief Information Officer of Intrado. He joined Intrado in March 2018. Prior to Intrado, Anup was chief information officer and chief technology officer of Vantiv, now Worldpay. Anup has also served as chief information officer for several businesses at Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Citibank. He has over 22 years of experience in leading large global organizations through significant transformation and growth.
